Alatar is on his way Although I'm not sure whether he's going to the dwarves or to Arwen's rescue. Both of my rangers are off to harad so you'll have to connect why the rangers are gonna be there of course arwen does help explain why they'd be in the vecinity so...anyway we got a lot of potential here in this one. Although I'm betting it will become even more complex than the last one.

Yes, this does look to be a complex RPG. All the more fun for us!

Poor Arwen. Elrohir is not the best company a girl could have.

The rangers are the escort for Curmaar's funeral journey. No need to explain anything.
Okay, now we can start with anyone...I'll set up the heros' parts.

Just to let everyone know, Elnar didn't ever say anything about LW's transformation. He kept it to himself. So nobody knows about it. This will allow LW to operate without drawing so much attention to herself.

And, if you're wondering, this is our first shadowy glimpse of The Firstborn.

actually only Curamir, Hluor and Elnar, are in SoH everyone else (Acalwecia and Colomir etc.) are in Ms.

anyway reflecting on things putting arwen there does explain why the remaining rangers might have a reason to help the dwarves take moria, avengeing their queen, take down Elrohir and what not, though I trust were not going to kill off arwen that would kind of go against the books.

I believe the proper expression is...lol.
Okay, I get everything with the rangers now.
Hey, here's an idea. What if one of the rangers accidentally was responsible for letting Elrohir take Arwen, and so he/she's really motivated to take down Elrohir? To make up for their mistake.

Brilliant idea, Curubethion!

And then Elrohir will kill the ranger... Darn it.

Hey, I was wondering if everyone is going to gravitate toward Moria. And if Aragorn was going to come in order to save Arwen.

Or is it just a Ranger thing?

I don't know if I want to bring Aragorn into it yet...what if he's off on campaign somewhere?
OOH! I know!! He's in Sands of Harad, escorting Curmaar's body!

Now that we've got that settled...this is going to be a ranger-dwarf combo. I think that at the end of LOTR, some dwarves were headed back to Moria to form a colony, so this colony could currently be at war with the goblins-a war orchestrated by The Firstborn (BTW Acalewia, is that name from WOT? it sounds strangely familiar-and of course I wouldn't want to plagiarize poor RJ ).

I dunno...I think we can start it soon. I just need to think up some plot ideas. Bother.
I'm just kidding, of course.

No. You must be thinking of the Maiden of the Spear from Dragon Reborn. Besides I got the name from a LotR name generator.
Btw, the reason I haven't posted yet is because I'm still thinking of a reason for Acalewia and Colomir to head North.

I didn't mean "Acalewia", I meant "Firstborn". I almost thought "Firstborn" was the name of a Forsaken...
Hmm...I never thought about the name "Acalewia" vs. the name "Aviendha". (I know the name so well because she gets a much bigger role in the next books)

Acalewia and Colomir probably are headed north because of the capture. The plot idea I'm mulling over is that Colomir slipped up during Elrohir's infiltration of Minas Tirith, letting the nasty villain capture Arwen. So Colomir grabbed Acalewia, or Acalewia caught up to him, and they both went to rescue Arwen. Will that work?

hey curub I didn't mess anything up with my Mitrilstone lore did I?

I was trying to come up with a reason for five dudes to go to moria, unless you want to send Makoin or Tarkhal to get more troops then they could storm the place, but anyway I got em headed that a way I reckon.

OK so Gimli, Makoin, Tarkhal and Legolas are around Moria.
Elrohir is outside a moonrune gate with Arwen.
Willow has had an encounter, so to speak, with The Firstborn. Somewhere in the vencity of Moria
Alatar is enroute to Moria.
Acalewia and Colomir are enroute North(?).
Is this all correct, Curub?
