Is sir Toppum Hatt a hobbit?
This may seem random but is sir Toppum Hatt a hobbit?
I ask this becoulse: 1:He talks about breakfast a lot (to much for the race of man  ).2:He is unusaly short and round. 3:Hobbits would probably like steam trains. So what do you think? Note to mods and admins: I put this in the entertainment forum as this is related to the tomas the tank engen stuff, if this is in the wrong forum please move it.
