How do you get rid of REDCROSS'D Pictures and Functions?

An answer to above question would be appreciated.

Something has happened to my explorer so that some sites has this malfunction and some not.

Sometimes it is the fault of the webpage itself, a picture (or a link to a picture) has been removed/blocked but the frame is still there.

Otherwise open the Tools menu select Interntet Options and check that your explorer hasn't reconfigured itself to not allow pictures.
