WOTR Planning thread

Since my Lord of the Rings: The Next Generation fan fiction sereis has turned into the War of the Ring, I decided to replace the planning thread. First of, here's the official site: http://hometown.aol.com/danyoda55/wotr.html

And here's an edited version of the trailer to fit with the new characters:

The scene opens up to a black screen. These words flash up in big bold letters:
“Every War”
Then you see a bunch or Orcs marching out onto the battlefield
“Has its heroes”
Then you see Aragorn leading his army at the Battle of Pelanor Fields
“Its villains”
Then you see a close up of Sauron
“And it’s unaccredited soldiers”
You then see a Gondorian get slain by an orc
“This Christmas”
You see the Gondorians march out onto a battlefield
“Those soldiers”
You see Sam, Merry, and Pippin staring into the distance as Frodo, Bilbo, Gandalf, Galadriel, and Elrond leave to the undying lands.
“Will rise from the underdogs”
You see Aragorn lifting up Narsil
“To legends”
Then you see a Gondorian captain leading a huge Gondorian army out onto the battlefield.

Looking forward to it Yodaman! So the trailer you described wasn't for an actual movie then was it? Or was if for RotK?

Final trailer for WOTR:

WOTR FINAL TRAILER

Pan up to the woods of Mirkwood forest. The trees are flashing along the
screen as Galadriel provides this voice over.
Galadriel VO: The peaceful land of Middle Earth has once again been ravaged
by war.
Then a short segment of a battle between Elves and Orcs is shown.
Galadriel VO: Between the free peoples of Middle-Earth
Then a shot of an Elvish army dominates the screen.
Galadriel VO: And the dark lord Sauron.
Then a shot of an Orkish army replaces the previous shot.
Galadriel VO: If Middle-Earth wins, the free peoples are finally free once
and for all.
A shot of a couple of Elvish girls prance in a meadow appears.
Galadriel VO: But if Sauron wins, Middle-Earth is doomed forever.
Then the Eye of Sauron (the actual eye- not the guy) immersed in flames
takes over. The New Line logo then appears and the screen is handed over to
a close up of Faramir.
Faramir: We had no warning, no aid, and no way to defend ourselves.
An image of a dying Gondorian appears on the screen.
Faramir: Can you help us?
The screen is then passed over to Anganca Whitebark, a captain of the
Mirkwood Elvish army.
Anganca: I will depart with my army to Osgiliath at once.
Then the screen shifts over to Anganca and Thanduil (king of Mirkwood)
sitting in a room.
Thanduil: Are you sure all the soldiers are ready?
Anganca: Every since one of them, but there is one I'm afraid of.
Then Aralokë Sunshadow, a soldier of Mirkwood, walks onto the screen. Now
Anganca and Aralokë are in an armory talking.
Anganca: WHAT HAPPENS IF WE FAIL?
Aralokë: Then all of Middle Earth fails.
Then you see a hobbit running from a bunch of Wraiths on horseback. Then
Aralokë is talking with the hobbit in a field.
Aralokë: Why do they want you?
Hobbit: Because of this.
The hobbit then shows Aralokë a mock one ring.
Aralokë: He was sent by the Blue Wizards to lead the Wraiths away from the
ring bearer!
Anganca: I don't care. You will stay with me and leave the Hobbit behind.
Aralokë: Then I have no choice.
Then a flash flashes upon the screen and you see some one slashing a staff
at Aralokë.
Aralokë: THE RED WITCH!
You then see the Red Witch, whose name is Saleme. She is conversing with a
ringwraith somewhere in Angbad
Saleme: Destroy the hobbit.
Ringwraith: What about the elvish reinforcements?
Saleme: Find the best army you can and destroy them.
Then you see a far shot of the Witchking leading a Haradrim army. Then the
screen is focused on a dwarf who's with Anganca at the moment.
Dwarf: I guess we have no choice but to fight.
Then some big bad battle music fills up the audio track as several shot from
the battle scenes in WOTR. Then these words appear on the screen in big
letters.
"This Summer"
More clips from the battle scenes
"Fight for freedom"
More battle clips.
"Fight for love"
A romantic scene come up.
"Fight for middle-earth"
Then you see an Elvish cavalry charging at full speed at an Orkish army.
Once they clash you hear a ringwraith scream.
"War of the Ring"
Then a Balrog comes out of nowhere and takes a swing with his whip and the numbers "5-7-03" come on the screen

Forgive my ignorance, but is this an alternate Middle-earth? It certainly looks interesting.

No. It's just a tale that takes place around the Mirkwood area during the War of the Ring. Go to http://www.warofthering.com/ to see some of the characters (although the heroes will be all new wood elves).

EDIT: I put the pic back on since my sis thought it over and liked the fact that it was online. Just don't be too mean like some other people have been to me about the art my friends make. Thanks.
