You participate by trying to convince the Umpire that you are a worthy winner. I think gimli7410 and jerseydevil have gotten the hang of it, they talk to me via PM and ICQ (although gimli uses gollum9630 as mouthpiece)

I've read a little in the The decline of entmoot thread and in the You be the mods/Cleaning up General Messages thread, and they made an impression on me. Therefore, people who spam too much in other threads will have a hard time winning the contest.

The tournament is far from over. By beating Anglorfin you made it till the quarter finals. You won't get any award if you don't win some more matches
