Here is something funny (IMO) that occurred.
I haven't looked at my nation in over a week and had some issues in the queue. If you look below, you can see that I have two of the same issue waiting in the queue. Quote:

I haven't quite had that happen, but I do often get the same legislation two days in a row...it's kind of annoying.
