nah piss off i like the song not the movie... ohh and i like Ewen McGregor definately better as a drug rat/Jedi and Nicole Kidmans a bit of a looker and Baz Luhrmans got Romeo and Juliet on his side... hey how bout i join the *likes many aspects of, but not the movie itself* fanclub

EDIT: was this the movie were Nicole Kidman was coughing blood coz in that case thats another strike

hey i watched it you should count your lucky stars i even did that.. come to think of it i didnt mind it but i think thats just Ewens influence... very nice that you got Trainspotting out of drug rat im impressed...
hmmm i guess its just not my style of movie IMO i beleive that she should have been coughing blood only after she had in someway been subject to the type of violence which makes movie good (a Priests cross hammer perhaps

) ok ill refrain from comparing this to Gangs of New York...
everytime i watch SW now i get Your Song stuck in my head for days...

Just so you know, the reason why she is coughing up blood is because she has Tubercliosis. Welcome to the fanclub... how bout we talk about other movies too? Just to broaden it, but you know....We likes the name....

I remember when I saw that movie and how that Argentinian came through the roof in the beginning. After seeing that, I became convinced that Moulin Rouge was going to be a great film. I mean, what a brilliant way to begin a film!

You know what? About a week ago, I was standing right outside the real Moulin Rouge in Paris. Take that, you fangirls

The world's opinion is like the Zimbabwe Dollar - means absolutely f*ck all in the greater scheme of things

Ah - the mystical land Down Under - I think it has been grossly neglected by mankind & is only now being explored after some guy called Adam's discovery late in the 1st century BC

For some reason man seem to dwindle between total apathy & severe over exploration & killing the the natural habitat with constant mining activities

Thus far an acceptable middle ground is yet to be found. I have heard however that inhabitants of the land ar good at the game of golf....
