The Matrix Revolutions

I know that you might think it is a little early to start talking about Revolutions, as Reloaded has just started, but I am starting this thread for a different purpose.
No matter if you liked Reloaded or not, post your opinion on the following questions:
1. How do you expect Revolutions to end?
2. Do you think that some main characters will die?
3. What do you expect from the plot?
4. What about the action?

There are so many more questions I could ask. So just tell what you expect, hope from Revolutions. What your guesses are. Whatever!

damn thats a hard one to call..SPOILER

since he took the other door and not theone hwere he chooses the 16 or 17 people i dont have a clue what will happen.

although i think there will be alot more action and hopefully a better plot. im hoping its better then the second one

I hope it's better then Reloaded-though unlike many I didn't mind it so much.

Someone will die and I don't think the victory will be complete. The movie needs no plot-if you notice both Matrix movies were essentially foreshadowing sequences done very well. I do hope the fights are a little shorter.

I just came to a new conclusion. They call this city ZION.
Now everybody who knows the bible remembers this name/city.
So I guess if Zion is re-built or if it changes they will re-name it into eg Jerusalem.
What do you think?

probably not. actually, id bet $500 that that will not happen. why not just continue to call it zion? According to the creator of the matrix, there were like 5 other zions destroyed - all called zion.

i don't think that they would make such an obvious parallel.

i just learned this from a book and di you know that neo means"the one" and anderson means"son of god" it could be vice versa though

i think that since the archetect said there were 6 versions of the matrix, and since Neo stops the machines in the real world, that the real world is really just the 5 version of the matrix. but thats just what i think

That's true. But the other ONES have failed, what if Neo succeds? Then they could re-name Zion.

yea but the other ones only had one choice and that was to go recreate zion with 23 people or whatever. but neo had the other choice of love which may just screw up the whole system for the architect.

Neo doesn't really mean "the One", but it's an anagram.
Neo - Eon - "One".

Anderson means "son of man", not "son of god". It comes from the Greek root "andros", which means "man".

Here's a great site with Neo/Christ parallels.. It's a must-see, escpecially for those haven't spotted any parallels themselves

Thanks. Our Catholic Teacher has given us most of these things already. I still believe in the Zion theorie. Can't wait to see Revolutions.

hmmmm it all just seems too big to speculate over but i will anyway... i think that the end is directly linked with Neo shutting down the sentinels in the real world. the Prophecy could possibly still be true and Neo is just showing Morpheus the path so to speak. Whoever the bloke that Agent Smith occupied is sure to play some big role good way to kill off characters (If he touches Niobe hes f***ed

Anyways as i said somewhere else Agent Smith Neo fight scene in the rain and i cant wait... hopefully more of twins, and zion is also the place where Haille Selassie waits for all the Rastas when they die, to lead them back to the promised land so maybe theyll tie that in somewhere...
