The TB threads seem like trivia threads to me. Such threads already exist in the Lord of the Rings book thread for Fotr, TTT, RotK, and the Appendicies.
There's one in the Silmarillion forum for that book, and one in the movie forum for the LotR movie.
You are invited and encouraged to post in those threads, the more the merrier.

I think a news trivia question would be fun. I don't know if there is an old one which should be ressurected - do a search first, top right-hand corner. Otherwise, we can start a trivia thread here. (Random aside - PM an administrator or look at the FAQs if you're having trouble with Entmoot in general.)

Don't feel bad if your threads get closed or don't take off. This will happen a lot in your Mooting carreer, and so will starting cool, successful threads.

How very odd! More computer trouble I guess. I think it is strange that this should post. I didn't even know it posted. It posted without me...uh...posting it. The exact opposite of what happens to many of my other threads.

Anyway, this thread is for news as to where my [TB?]'s are, and to notify changes in the series. I have a [TB?] in the Silmarillion Forum, under the name of "[TB?] The Lamps of the Valar".

By the way, could you tell me what you mean by a news thread?

What I meant was you could post news trivia questions. For example:

Which two major BC forest companies are merging?

And later post the answer

Slocan and Canfor.

I'd play, though I only really know anything about British Columbian events, I like to think I'm fairly well informed.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Not a bad idea. Ok, I will start that once a month (at first) because I still need to organize my existing [TB?]'s (plan them out, post them on time, etc.). I will announce that on this thread, but I will start a new thread just for that purpose.

Good question. I don't know the answer to that myself. Ok. that'll be my 1st. one. I put it in the thread "[TB?] News Trivia." I would put that in this thread, but the purpose of this thread is for news for my [TB?]'s, and for questions about it.

Your right about my posts. I only have one "popular" called "Pet Rats" which is in this forum, 4 or more pgs. back.

I really fail to see the point of this thread. There are trivia threads. A news trivia thread would be interesting, but why do we need a special thread to keep track of one Mooter's trivia questions?

Anyone who would help me please do so. I find it hard to make up a News Trivia question and a normal [TB?] all by myself. Please PM me if you wish to help. No unreliable people need apply. I do NOT expect everyone to make up any questions at all. However, if they give me a question, they must also include the answer. Thanks.

I understand. But why the big deal? If you want to post trivia questions in existing threads, or even start new threads, do it. There doesn't have to be a whole thread about your questions.

True, but I change things with so often, I need some place to post any changes. For example:

and the very next post says:

I also post where the next post will be for people who don't know where it is and missed the one before it (which tells where the next post will be). For example:
