I've got the same ones as Grey Wolf except the last three X-wing books and The Unifying Force. I've also got the following:

Rogue Planet
Shadow Hunter
Cloak Of Deception
The Approaching Storm
Attack of the Clones
Shatterpoint
The Han Solo Adventures

Plus all the Jedi Apprentice and Quest books. Now I've written it down I can't believe I've got so many.

I don't keep any in-universe fiction around, but I do have a lot of books concerning the making of the movies themselves - artwork, special effects, companion guides and the like - and my Star Wars Annotated Screenplays (edited by Laurent Bouzereau) is an indispensible reference.

I have...

*Darth Maul: shadow hunter
*Attack of the Clones
*all three original novels in hardback
*Jedi Quest, the first one
*the two first young Boba books (which are much better than the young anakin books IMO).
*the the first and 13th books of the jedi apprentice series.
*Zorba the hutt's revenge
*prophets of the dark side
*lost city of the jedi
*Rogue Planet
*the lando calrissian adventures (better than the Han solo adventures, by an inch).
*all three star wars novels in paperback
*courtship pf princess leia (not much courtship, but alot of stupidity).
*The Heir to the Epire trilogy
*I Jedi (not too great).
*The Dark Apprentice trilogy
*Edge of Victory II: rebirth
*Force Heretic I: Remnant

I also have "the swim to ota gunga" a little kids book, and a kids novelization of that ewok tv movie
