CSS Messges next to banner--Just me?

Every now and then my computer is slow at loading entmoot, and then when it finally loads, there's some CSS text next to the Entmoot banner, something like -- the *(can't remember what but it was like "quick launch bar" as in the thing on the bar at the bottom of the Windows operating system)* has been enabled allowing such and such.--

As you can see, I really don't remember, but when I see it again I'll copy and paste it. In fact, it's in the Teacup Cafe. I'll go see if I can find it...

Here we go:
"-- NEW HEADER & NAVBAR Now that the nav buttons are in the navbar template, you can stick whatever you like into this space. This makes it much easie" at which it is cut short, and the rest of the page is blank (except for the green background and the banner).

Aha! I saw it again, but it was gone before I could copy and paste it. It sometimes happens quickly like that.

If it's vanishing before you can even copy it, I can't see how it's a huge problem

. It's probably just taking your computer a minute or two to fully translate the code.

Well, most of the time, it stays there. It remains there more than not. Funny how it hasn't stayed for long enough since I posted this thread.
