What are the different levels and the amount of posts that you need to get to another level? Please tell me.

This sounds like a job for... the FAQ!

It says:
* Sapling: 0-2 posts
* Hobbit: 3-49 posts
* Enting: 50-99 posts
* Elven Warrior: 100-499 posts
* Elf Lord: 500+ posts

I was just about to post that... oh well.. Anyway, when you reach 500 posts, you can get a custom title, which is a title you pick for yourself. The FAQ says that to get a custom title you: Send a private message to an administrator to request a title. Titles must be appropriate for all ages.

Yes, and at elf lord you can PM a admin about a custom title.

or is it a secret still?

Thank you! Anyway, I think I'll choose the title "wizard".
If you look around the teacup cafe you'll probubly find a few of my posts on title ideas.
