I just got done reading a book called here there be dragons, and at the end of it it turns out that three of the mail main charactors in it are actually h.g wells j.r.r tolkien and c,s lewis and what is wierd though is the fact that in the book they are not writers yet ( well excpt hg wells ) and the go on this nuts adventure together and end up friends in the end ! it is cool look for it in bookstores near you.

HG Wells? I thought it was Charles Williams. Not that I really know, but JRRT and CSL, while they were big readers of Wells, weren't exactly falling all over his philosophy...and they certainly never knew him personally. But it IS a fantasy book after all...

And isn't the chap, the scientist fellow whose name suddenly escapes me, in the Space Trilogy based on Wells?
