Are you....

Using ONLY LOTR and Hobbits and Men

Which type would you be. NOT what you would LIKE to be but which personality type would you most like fit into.

AND why? AND why not others.

Looking for detail. So don't just say Hobbit. But say Stoor or Harfoot.

For me I would probably be a Ranger of the North.

They are still close to the Elves, educacted in lore, and poetry travellers, and warriors. They are spartan and cultured. They have a certain freedom. Often grim but not fearful to laugh. Often loners yet a tight bound between them.

The Gondorians are a tad too pompous and Rigid.

The Rohirrim are cool but they are like cowboys and not lore bound as the above.

The men of the Vales of Anduin are WAY to rustic. They are like survivalist.

The Men of Dale and Esorgath(SP?) They seem like the Blue collar men of ME. Nothing against them but it just isn't me.

I'm just not a Hobbit. I like travelling beyond the borders too much.

Well, I could not really picture myself as a Hobbit. So a Man it is (for lack of Elf).

I can imagine myself as a Gondorian living somewhere close to the sea. Even in a fantasy I would prefer to stay at a coastline.

I'd be a hobbit...a Took to be exact. I don't generally like taking risks, but I can be brave when I put my mind to it. I love my own little "Shire" but also sometimes yearn for adventure. And everyone I know thinks I'm on the strange side.

I'd definitely be a hobbit, a Took or a Brandybuck. Their cheerfulness and nonchalance in the face of extreme danger always impressed me . . . and they're the least stuck up of the peoples of Middle Earth, and they know how to have a good time!

I'd be a drawf, no doubt about it! I love treasure, I don't seek adventure, but I do not easily forget a wrong and can carry a grudge for years.

I think too I would be a ranger from the north. I want to be an elf, but, concerning my physical condition, I'm not one. But I love nature, animals, plants, poetry, travelling, adventures and helping other people. So I think I fit ito this category.

Ild be a Man of Minas Tirith, most likely in the House of Healing,
I enjoy being a scholar and healing people.

Hobbit gets a big BOO...

We all GENERALLY would choose Elves.

That's why it was limited.

Come on give it a shot.

I'd be one of the Men, probably a Dunedain of the North assigned to watch the high passes of the Misty Mountains, mountaineer at heart and lover of the High Country as I am...

A moral of the whole (after the primary symbolism of the Ring, as the will to mere power, seeking to make itself objective by physical force and mechanism, and so also inevitably by lies) is the obvious one that without the high and noble the simple and vulgar is utterly mean; and without the simple and ordinary the noble and heroic is meaningless." Though I would like to be a Ranger(or an Elf), I would most likely be a hobbit. Either a Took or a Baggins.

The quote is

" Where the white women at?"
- From movie Blazing Saddles

I posted this because I'm gonna change it.

This way people will know what your talking about.

I'm probably gonna alternate that one with this one

Anail Nathrach Uatha Bha'is Bith Thonn Du'iseacnt Le De'anamh E!..."

(Serpent's breath Death's Cave and Waves of Being Awaken with making!)
..........Merlin- from Excalibur

I didn't see a contection there until just now.

It was called the Charm of Making in the movie.

I guess now it could be the Charm of Making Out.

A Man, perhaps of lost, unknowable heritage, who would derive a large amount of satisfaction by pouring good ale and providing comfortable rooms at a reasonable rate.

Yes that sounds like it.
