Mine would be a rabbit, to show how that one small thing could produce so much protection... I can see it now; "Expecto Patronam!" I yell, it
goES hopping out, the dementors laugh, it stops, winds up, and BOOM!!!!

Knowing me, i would expect my patronus to be a bird, but I'd end up with something bizare and unexpected, but at the same time very suitible.

Aren't patroni supposed to reflect what makes one feel safe rather than any aspect of personality?

Mine would probably be a giant sized glowing elf lord.

In that case, mine would be my dog I used to have - Risk, the LARgest, most powerful, most bear-like and terrifying Rottweiler anybody's ever seen. Risk really was as big as a brown bear, and as powerful. When he growled, people FROZE in terror; he was great! Oh, I mISS my dog. He was so sweet, and he loved me so much.

Risk can be my patronus. Risk and my crazy owl.

Aw...You dont say? I dont think the elf in question would mind being summoned everytime you needed a safety check...and cuddle.

Just read book three so only now know what this thread is about.

I'd probably end up with something I won't expect. It'd probably be nothing I'd like it to be so no cats, no elephants and no frogs. If it relates to personality it will probably be something not too brave or active and certainly no big and sleek predator. Perhaps a badger or a flying fox, or possibly a penguin.

If it is something that's supposed to keep me safe I fear it will be a large stuffed white rabbit...

Or just maybe a brown bear.

I'm not sure. I think I might be a chameleon. I tend to blend in where ever I am and change to suit the people I'm with.
