I think it would be easier to find textual support for a budding romance between Jill and Eustace than to find it for romantic attention for her from King Tirian.

Varna,

I'm especially thinking of when Jill feels shy towards Eustace after he's "killed his man."

Also, after Jill kissed Puddleglum in SC, Eustace is feeling pretty hot under the collar.

Maybe the first instance is more indicative than the second, but...it is there .

Jill deserves far better than Eustace. If Tirian's too old, I vote she should hook up with Emeth.

You're confirming what I thought. Now I should go and reread it for myself.

And it doesn't really matter who she gets hooked up with, now that they are all in heaven anyway
