"I have come home at last!
This is my real country! I belong here.
This is the land I have been looking for all my life,
though I never knew it till now.
The reason why we loved the old Narnia is that
it sometimes looked a little like this.
Bree-hee-hee! Come further up, come further in!"

I do believe that all those stories about /g_a_t_
might have come from these funny rocks.
If you were coming along here when it was /_a_f/walk,
you could /_a_i_y/think those/_i_e_/of rock were/g_a_t_/.
Look at that one, now! You could almost imagine
that the lime on top was a head.
It could be /r_t_e_/too big for the body,
but it would do well enough for an /_g_y/_i_n_/./
And all that bushy stuff -- I suppose it's /_e_t_e_/and /_i_d_'/_e_t_/,/
really -- would do quite well for hair and beard.
And the things sticking out on/_a_h/_i_e/are quite nice ears.
They'd be/h_r_i_l_/big but then I /_a_e_a_/g_a_t_/would
have big ears like elephants. And --/o-_-o-_/!/--

Nettles is wrong, but each side is right.

So far, DPR, it's only been you...

Oh - is it 'daresay'? Not sure about the other... 'o-h-o-h'?

Daresay is right. "o-h-o-h" is not QUITE right. I think you've had all the right letters in all the right spots, just not all together. I bet you'd get it on the next try!

Or at least my second try - since you've narrowed it down to two possibilities for me.

First I'll try the one that seems most obvious to me. Is it, 'o-o-o-h'?
