Where did Aragorn go to lay down and die at, when his time came to pass away?

Finrod & Valandil were both incorrect - can we give this question another 24 hours for someone to answer? If you all would like a hint, it's in the Appendix A, I think (haven't got my book in front of me) the one where it's talking about Aragorn & Arwen.

It isn't where he was laid to rest, it is where he WENT to lie down & give up the ghost, so to speak.
