Movie Release Date

I was just browsing the internet and I found this website (I forgot the name) but it said Barnes and Noble was planning on releasing this thing on Tolkien around the release date of the movie and it is supposed to come out in May. This may be because movies usually come out a half year later and sometime around May is that time and I think they will do it to boost cash since Two Towers supposedly comes out on December 18 (Wednesday) as of late. Can anybody give me a release date on it yet?
