Down From the Doorway....

Hey, ho to the bottle i go.....um i'm lookig for some sound bits i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a sound file that has down from the doorway or any other tolkien song? Srry if this is in the wrong spot.

This should actually be in ME, and I think there was a thread there quite a while back about the songs and someone mentioned a musician who had put some of the songs to music. Just do a search there. Moving. (and if you meant the song from the movies, let me know and I'll move it there). This forum is specifically for discussion of The One Ring musical.

The Tolkien Ensemble has released several CDs in what they're are singing all songs of LOTR. i have 6 or 7 of these, one of which is Bilbo's song of the road.

you can find them with Kazaa, winmx...

Also, I think it was in either the venting thread or the birthday thread, casssiopeia I believe posted a link to where you can download some soundclips of Tolkien reading; some of what he is reading are songs.

I think I've been there; is this the same link? Cause this one has Tolkien reading various parts (it's great, I love it!)
