She's not much of a sci-fi fan and only knows what Star Trek she's been exposed to. On the other hand she did spot the Klingon Bird of Prey at the Star Trek Experience in Las Vegas before I did. (It hangs way up in the air).

So I am following Sarek in this matter.

I had the impression that Nurse Chapel didn't do such an all-fired great job with that soup. Still, I think she should know though... just in case she's still pining away on some lonely Federation outpost - esp if it's one with a low f/m ratio!

Last year was the first Christmas without Mom, so my sisters and I broke with tradition and spent the holiday at a lodge in Big Sur, California. This year everyone's staying home, so Christmas Eve (the main event in my family) will be with friends, as will Christmas Day. Both days will be spent eating and drinking wine.

The big news is I'll have a visitor here.... someone very special I met a year ago who will fly out and spend a few weeks with me.
