What if this or that or someone or something be a woman?

Things just popped a li'll in my head. I was wondering if it were possible to imagine evry object as a woman, which part of that object would you choose?

let me illustrate.

If i look at the map of the USA, i would choose texas.

If i look at my monitor, i would choose the POWER BUTTON, which goes in too deep.

if i look at a mountain with a sharp tip then it would be the tip itself.

so i hope you get the point. now choose something crazy, think it a woman, and tell us what you choose, and why.

PS: open to all sexes.

Yes it was Hurricane Andrew. But Hurricanes used to be only named after woman. I think some womens group sued the hurricane naming authority for sex discrimination.

By the way congressmn - you didn't give reasons for your answers.

Well I wouldn't think of hurricanes as ladylike at all, unless the lady might be my science teacher or Storm.

In fact I can't think of any neuter thing that is like a lady. This sounds like a very Spanish discussion. But while we're on the topic I'd like to point out Hurricane Floyd. That's a really cool name, and I used to live on a street called Floyd Terrace.

Well not just Spanish - most if not all European languages - minus English of course - have gendered nouns. Spanish, French, Italian, Russian are the ones I know of.

In 1979, the system was changed to include male names as well as female names. If you are currently alive then this would be occuring in your lifetime.

Why in Arda would you say "Hurricane Ruinel"... I am quite calm... except for very rare instances.

Cars.

Cars are definitely female.

They can be comfortable, warm, beautiful and give a sense of real security

Or, they can be erratic, obstinate and despite how much attention you lavish on a car, it'll only cooperate if it wants to

And they both cost a fortune to keep in good running condition

Ruinel... for goodness sake... Im comparing the FEMALES in my life with hurricanes. Since many of them have flattened me like one and left me high and dry with barely anything to my name. And I havent dated any guys yet see....

Cony comparing females to cars thats a great analogy and could get us both in lots of trouble if not handled delicately me thinks...

My great grandpa had a good friend named Floyd, and he was sad when his son turned out to be a daughter, so instead of naming her Floyd he named her Floy.
That's my grandma. lol

That's terrible! *feels really bad for IR* You must be looking for the wrong type of female.

But I know of what you speak... many females are cruel. I have a friend that uses guys like toilet paper, and my sister uses sex as a weapon with her husband. I think that is wrong! And I predict someday he will wise up.

And then, I know guys like that too.

Nah, I think we're safe

I didn't once mention that if ya press the wrong button the horn doesn't work and ya get a squirt of water instead.

The indicators are not a gaurantee of direction.

Or they both need waxing at least once a month

not too mention the nice ones require a diet of especially expensive fuel just to keep them happy or else they tend to knock and ping...

and the fast ones are fun but they always get me in trouble.
