They're obviously identical. I feel the need to elaborate, but strangely enough I've never needed to, because 2000 people had already done so. But here, it is technically a new topic, at least for this board. Weird .

i think both sidious and palpatine are both the same person. one reason i think this is becuase in the movie wen sidious is telling gunray to start the invasion. gunray replies by asking "is that legal?" and then sidious said "i will make it legal." this obviously shows that he has connections to change laws, which means he must be in the senate or something. also, both sidious and palpatine live on couroscant

i think that sidious and palpatine are same too, but i did nt make up this topic. i "borrowed" from another bb. some ppl there think that palpatine or sidious is a clone of the other, because in the next 2 episodes there will be a clone war.
