E-mail Notifications

Is anyone having problems with e-mail notifications, as in, not getting any?

Yeah me, though I only have one subscription, its set for instant, and I havent gotten any.

It works fine for me. The way it's supposed to work, if it's on instant, you get a notification. If the thread's updated again before you visit the Moot, you don't get another email. When you do visit, then you will receive the notifications again. Solution: set it for "daily" notifications.

Yeah, I have it that way. I come to the board several times a day, so should get a steady flow of notifications. I know the board hasn't been very active lately, which would explain a drop in them, but even the threads that are active that I am subscribed to are missing notifications. I don't know there was a post until I come to the board. It isn't like I am not getting any at all, just on occassion. I did receive a notification of your post to this thread.

Oh well, I've noticed the Vbulletin software does strange things and seems to correct itself.

Maybe it will correct this.

E-mail notifications are coming through fine, however, I cannot get into "welcome newbies" ...all attempts come up "page not available/not found. I've closed browser windows, etc. etc. but zippo. ?

I know thats what its supposed to do, perhaps i should have said, after I check the actual thread, and it gets another reply, I still dont get an email. This is after i check both my email and the thread. The thread I put on instant is the rpg thread I am in, the last notification I got was about a month ago, and there have been plenty of posts since then...strange.
