Post Count Question

THis is more wishful hopeing. I have recently decided to change accounts. I used to be Haradrim and now I am Morgoth the Elfbit. I thought change was needed. I was wondering if somehow it would be possible to make Morgoths post count equate to Haradrims and then drop Haradrims down to 0 or whatever. I dont even care if its the same I really just want a custom title so even just sticking me at 500 would be cool. I dotn think this is possible but it would be cool if it is and I figured its worth asking. So heres hoping!

P.S. DId I mention that Admins are my favorite people on the planet.

This is not done. When you create a new account, you can't transfer your old posts, post count, etc. from your old user name. Sorry.

I think technically they can do it (or could have with an older vBulletin), but if they did it would make things crazy. They let people keep their first account and simply change their username in the past. But that was only once or twice and way back when the board was a baby.

I understnad why it cant be done because it woul eb a lot of unnecessary work for admins and they ahve busy lives. It jsut sucks cuz I actally never got to pick my username. It was my dads and at the time I couldnt figure out if you were allowed to ahev two accounts. SO I kept it.
But whatever.
I guess its cool I just have to work my way all the way back up to 500.

Just log onto the old account and ask for a name change

. We've done that in the past.

For instance my name used to be Tessaract12, but when I was 14 I got it changed to Tessar since that's what everyone called me anyways, and I wasn't 12 any more.

no, we don't do that anymore. After doing many of those name changes, including yours, we stopped. It was deemed too confusing.

You may have even been the last one... either that or Rogue Elf to Ranna Erressea or something.

As a moderator, I can't believe that you don't know that it is our policy to not do that Tessar.

This was in effect before you became one.

Although to your credit - I don't think any public announcement was made and you would think that we do it since we did it for you.

I'm just giving you a hard time.
