I'm actually planning on publishing this with a group of my other short stories. I might include Dragonmaiden with it, although I'll have to do a lot of rewriting to it. The ending felt a bit weak to me.

I havnt read Dragonmaiden yet, but I did just read your latest post.

Hmmmm....the plot thickens. The character who rapidly rose to favoritism is now under scrutiny.....I sense a plot twist in my future.......dang it.... I remember what happened last time.

In either case, great post, your emotional portrayals are unique to each character and varied as well, I think that one of your greatest traits is character developement.

Oh, BTW, Tuinor might not be able to post for a little while because he spilled water on his keyboard.

I thought it was funny.

No doubt in my mind. I mean, it's just too perfect. Get your peons to rough you up just enough to get your target to trust that you're willing to die for 'em. Then you can kill them whenever you feel like it, 'cause they'll always keep you close.

Let's hope Anoura can see through this in time.
