Greetings to everyone...

It occurs to me now that the polite thing to do (somewhat after the fact, I'll admit, but better late than never) would be to introduce myself, so to speak. Unfortunately, I am a newcomer to this whole Tolkien online community. I would certainly have been here before now had I known you all were out there. This is really a thrill to finally encounter a whole great group of people who share my love of all things Middle Earth. Too bad there aren't tourist packages for there--I'd be gone in a heartbeat. I hope to speak more with you all at some point in the future.

IP, you didn't start a welcome thread like this, but your first thread was in the Star Wars section asking if there were any Jedi Council members here. (yes, I pretty much remember what everyone's posted here) You didn't check it for a couple of days that I noticed, so I sent you an ICQ message telling you that your thread had been moved to the General Messages forum, as it seemed more appropriate here. Also, I hoped that telling you that would remind you to come back to Entmoot! (Luckily you did stick around though )

I deleted the post with the corrupt signature and the post re-aligned itself in the proper order. Greg said he's altered his sig somewhat, but it's still annoyingly large and graphic-heavy.
