Re: .

I´d like to add Michael Stackpole´s Onslaught to the list of books I mentioned in my previous post. It had an excellent mix between action and talk about Jedi philosophy.

Just a question

I'm new to reading sw books and I was wondering if someone could explain them. At Barnes&Nobles I tried to pick one out but there seemed like a million and even different authors (!) so I wasn't sure which book you begin with. Enlighten me?

Re: Just a question

Welcome to the board.

Start with Heir to the Empire by Tim Zahn.

Re: Just a question

You can also begin with "Mandalorian Armor" which takes place during and after the movies, but not after "Heir to The Empire". Of course, The Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy may be a bit confusing at first...
BTW, that trilogy is one of my favorite EU series! It's hard at the beginning, but you have to get into it. It eventually gets immensely interesting, although there are some minor flaws in the storyline that don't coexist with other books.

Re: Just a question

I believe that you should start with the Threawn trilogy. It takes place after the movies, and is a terrific intro to the SW universe!
