Strider Middle Earth names

For those of you who haven't been to get your Middle Earth names yet you should. It's cool. I know my Elven, Hobbitish, Dwarven, and Orkish name. I also know hwta I was in the Red book of Westernese. It rocks. If you can't get the web page I linked to this post, If the site doesn't work, If you can't see the site, or if you just don't have the time to get it than private mail me with you first and last name and I'll get back to you with your Middle Earth Profile ASAP.

Later,

Galendhol
PS here's a sample pic of Legolas. I have at least 8 pictures each of everyone in the Fellowship <and people who aren't in the Fellowship but are in the book and movie> and of battle scenes and places they visit and a whole lot more including Dark Age of Camelot screenshots. Mail me if you want me to send you some pictures so you can drool over them.

This is in the wrong forum.

The discussion of the Lord of the Rings movie and it's properties are forbidden in the Middle-Earth forum.

Also, any name is a Middle-Earth name.

I also got a middle earth name from the Barrow-Downs. Dolenloteiel is my Elvish name. He's right it does rock. Your right also, Comic Book Guy.

My parents gave me three Middle-earth names: Dylan, James, and Standlea. Comic Book Guy's parents also named him in a language belonging to Middle-earth: Brendan. Come to think of it, all of you have Middle-earth names. So bah.

Gimli

My name is from the barrow downs as well. I am Ruzwüsh the Devastator in orcish, and a wicked ent. I am Lotho Deepdelver of Brockenborings as a hobbit.

I am getting disturbed with all of this unnecessary attention to Tolkien's works. They are great, and I wish to follow in his footsteps, but now my dreams are nearly obsolete. I used to know so much about Tolkien and his influence, for instance, Endor is Star Wars is Middle Earth in Sindarin. No one used to know that! Then came along this movie, where no one would have ever lifted a LOTR book (and still don't), and now know everything without being interested in the first place! UGH!

Well, you must have known that sooner or later such a great masterpiece was going to be brought to the silver screen. If you are a true lover of the books, then you take the movie with a grain of salt. I have loved tolkien's works for over thirty years. I have learned to enjoy the movies and not expect it to be right on the money. You have to develope a certian attitude and then you can enjoy both.

This from a person who used the barrow downs name generator.

Actually, Endor is even older than that. In the Bible, there is mentioned a witch at Endor.
