Well, I had started to plan my character as though she were indeed a Messenger of Lorien, and I quite like her. If I pm you all the details of her it might clear up a few things because I was up late last night thinking of all the hitches and trying to get rid of them with things in the story (and I don't want to give all away to everyone else if she does work!). As to Galadriel not searching for the elf - perhaps they did look, and quite hard, but simply not deep enough. The Orcs which found her and locked her up probably thought her quite important, but they wouldn't have wanted to touch her or anything (she being an elf) so they put her very deep to wait for whoever was heading up Dol Guldur to come back (he being distracted by the War). You guys may be looking extraordinarily deep for a special document and hear a noise - the first loud one my Character will have made in a LONG time - and try to find her thinking she is an enemy whom you don't want to find you.

This is my character's bio, with the assumption that she has been imprisoned for a long time. I'll adjust it if I must.

Name:
Aerin - speaks of speed (looks a little like aerodynamic) and rather plain, not going to be noticed for it's uniqueness.... just like a Messenger would be fast and unnoticed!

Gender (yes, I decided):
Female

Age:
Basically still a child by elvish standards, I don't really care to exactly pick out a number. If I did, she would probably be around the 200-300 range... ish.

Appearance:
Well, take a Lorien female elf... with a generally innocent look on her face.

Personality:
Being mostly a child, she will still be very innocent. Like I said, she's going to be very impressionable. Being new to the group, she'll take her opinions of others from what she hears (which I am guessing will mostly be from Nami and Co.). She will be a dynamic character, with this trip teaching her how to think for herself.

History:
Living in Lothlorien, of course, she was chosen to become one of the Lady's Messengers, due to her skills at staying hidden and her speediness. She had recently completed training a few years before the War of the Ring, so she is still new at this whole Messenger-ing outside Lorien thing.

Weapons:
Being trained as a Messenger, she had to learn to protect her messages from all sorts of evil, so she is well-versed in the bow and arrow, the longbow, the long sword or the broad sword (of many different cultures and styles), the scimitar, knives, spears, staves, and she is able to use anything around her as an able weapon as well (once again, part of the Messenger training).

Well, a messenger from Lorien it is. I'm going to PM you with a suggestion for an entrance that may satisfy us both.

EDIT: Note that you will have to find a way why your character would stay and go with us rather than have her message delivered.

I like her, of course! You're doing fine at developing her; she's your character and you do what you want. You probably have better plans for her than I know... I can't read your mind, after all!

It feels like Nami is a natural-born leader, just from what I've read. It does seem like she ties Quickleaf, Borin, Hedrim, Ellysa, and Aelfwine.. Goodness, there are so many to think of!... all together as friends.

Yay for Nami! thank you! ive tried to get some story with her but so far just the dark thing is happening! Nami looks forward to meeting Aerin!

Not the dungeons specifically (they're on the other side underground) but wandering through the underground tunnels of the archive nevertheless.

you know i dont know with the love thing! it would seem like following the others if they did but where as tabril and abasi kinda just got on with it i think Quickleaf and Nami is a bit diffent.

Any ideas Coffeehouse?! Whats Quickleafs thoughts on this, cause Nami dont know!
