Might I suggest Finduilas's Tolkien Page as a good resource for information on Tolkien's Middle-Earth. There are two essays I have written, one on the Fates of the Atani and the Eldar and one on the Downfall of Numenor, an encyclopedia divided into different sections and a new section (just started so empty) on the various calendars in Middle-Earth. Well, guess what? I made an online Middle Earth crossword puzzle! It's hard, too, or so I have been told. So try it out! It will tell you if you get it right.
