A BETTER QUESTION

I ASKED THIS TO THE PEOPLE IN THE LOTR SECTION BUT IT SEEMS TO HAVE STUMPED THEM ALL. LET'S SEE IF ONE OF YOU CAN HELP.
Does anyone know the family tree link between Aragorn and Isildur? I've been able to track Isildur back to King Thingol(Elwe) and Melian the Maiar and Aragorn back to Arador on his fathers side and Aranarth on his mother's but there is where I lose the link.
