the lightsaber colour thing also depends on what edition of star wars you have:

in the very first edition of ANH lukes sabre was actually a white colour when he is training in the falcon and a turcoise colour when he first turns it on in Obi-Wan's hut

in the 1997 Special edition they tried to change that and luke's sabre became turcoise all the way through the movie

and then the 2004 DVDs they changed the colour again and the colour darkened to match his ESB colour
