Did the Elves really have pointed ears?
According to popular belief, the Elves had pointed ears; but is this really true?
Tolkien never stated they had pointed ears anywhere in his books. |

Now there's a popular point to argue!
 Google Tolkien, elves, ears - there's a few vague references that JRRT makes to pointed ears in various writings.
