Mister Roberts, anyone ever see it?

Mister Roberts is one of my favorite movies but i don't know anyone else (besides my brothers and sisters) that have seen it. IT's kind of a war movie but since there's no battle scenes and they're in the navy it's different from most. ANYWAY..has anybody else seen it?

I actually own the video, but never have watched it. It sounds good, though. I'll have to watch it sometime.

Hmmm rings a bell....Henry Fonda as Mr Roberts, Jack Lemmon as his friend and Edward G Robinson as the unpopular captain?

Henry Fonda and Jack Lemmon sound right but i think James Cagney was the captain.

Gee, I just saw part of that movie on TV a couple nights ago. My mom was like, "Come watch this movie, it's good", so I did, but found it a bit boring. Didn't see all of it though.
