A Timey Wimey, Middle Earthy RPG

It has been close to 100 years since the fall of Sauron and the departure of the Elves. Men have been ruling Middle Earth peacefully for some time now. It is a seemingly peaceful day outside of the walls of Minas Tirith. The birds are singing, the breeze is gentle, and the grasses of Pelennor are the deepest green. The beauty of it all is completely undisturbed until, without any sort of warning, a mysterious blue, wooden box appears just outside the main gate. The door opens and an odd-looking man steps out. He is dressed in dark pants, boots, a white shirt, tweed jacket, and a red bow tie. He takes in the scene around him, quietly thinking to himself, then sticks his head back inside the blue box and shout "River, what the hell did you do??"
