Happy New Year 2005

It's sort of surprising no one has started this thread sicne it's already New Years in Australia and Asia. So anyway - Happy New Years to everyone who has already or is about to celebrate it.

I'm not sure what I'm doing yet - so I'll say it now just in case I'm not around.

Happy New Year to all those who are already in 2005. I have just under 5 hours left of 2004.

Happy new year. My year ended about 30 minutes ago. Didn't feel anything special... this day doesn't have much meaning here I suppose.

Yes, Millane, as long as you have toenails left upon your feet, the New Year won't be all bad! However, if you've lost them all to excessive celebration, there is the WETA shop over in NZ to make some nifty hobbitty or orc-y ones, as you prefer!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR and MANY HAPPY RETURNS, Entmooters!

I can't have any champagne as I am waiting for the first new person of the year 2005 to arrive ON CALL and SOBER and NOT DANCING ! But just wait'll next year !

Happy New Year, Mooters!!!

I'm looking forward to a quiet one at home with hubby and a glass of wine My oldest son is going to a Jr. High party at church (where he is the reigning foosball champion - I hope he comes home in one piece!), my daughter is at a birthday party, and our middle son is watching a movie right now. I think I'll pick up some Pollo Loco for dinner, and put my feet up and enjoy it with a glass of wine. We had our big celebration with scads of family at Christmas, and I"m ready for some quiet!

I didn't have any champagne, but I had a great New Year with orange juice! I just woke up and now I'm hungry. I haven't eaten yet this year.
