Knights of the Old Republic
The first trailer for the new Star Wars MMO, The Old Republic is out, so I thought this would be a good time to discuss it and the Old Republic series.
The game is a sequel to the to previous games also made by Bioware: Knights of the Old Republic and Knights of the Old Republic II: Sith Lords. Anyone played these? Enjoyed them? I'm really sad that the sequel to these great games is an MMORPG, instead of just an RPG like that last two were. That basically screws any of us who don't want to invest in an MMO but do want to continue with the story set up by the two previous games. Bioware left their real fans in the dust here, if you ask me. Anyway, I'm saddened, but the trailer is awesome.
