I was going through COS last night looking for pics and something made me stop and think... What did she say?

When the Gryffindor team is comming out to play against Hufflepuff, and Professor McGonagall comes out to tell them that the game has been canceled Wood says;

"They can't cancel quidditch."

What is it exactly that she answers him with?

Is it "Scilence would." or is it "Scilence, Wood." ?

I hope Professor McGonagall has a juicy role in the next book. There's not enough of her for my liking.

I just watched that part again, but put it in Spanish to see, and you're right. It's Wood not would.

Yes, It most definitely is wood. I was watching it in japaneese [with sub-titles of course ^^] and it was Wood in the sub-titles. ^^

You were watching it with the Japanease sub titles?

Gosh! How can you understand it? I only put it into Spanish to see what it said, and listen to the funny voices paired with the cahracters.

The ONLY and I mean the ONLY reason I'd watch it in Spanish the whole way through is if I had to, let alone with sub titles that have letters and words so compleatly different from English that they can't really be read!

I almost failed Spanish last year. Thing is, you almost have to know Spanish any more around here because they're importing so manny people from Mexico who don't speak English, but need directions and the right busses, and lunch numbers, and all kinds of help with things that they can't understand because no one speaks enough Spanish for them andy they don't speak enough English for us for every one to understand one another.

Oh dear, was that another run-on?
