RPG: Discussion - The Grey Havens

I was considering creating a RPG based in the Grey Havens in the LOTR world. I don't know if anyone has done this before, or if it's even plausible. I wouold just like to know if anyone would join.

What kind of RPG do you have in mind? Something with a quest or are you thinking of a story?
