Okay I've never opened a thread before so if this ends up where it shouldn't....DON'T hurt me.

*knocks on the gates to bree*
*the gate swings open revealing a town housing many men and hobbits*
*makes her way to bree letting herself in*
'Butterbur, are you here?' Amarië asks loudly, an elf from Rivendell she is with green eyes and black hair, clad in green, and a black cloak.
*noise from the front room, men talking*
Butterbur yells, 'In here, are you the one that Gandalf has spoken of? I have been waiting for a week!'
*Amarië slips into the room which is brightly lit with a fire*
'Yes, I am. I was held up, orcs were near the borders of my homeland, I could not let them do damage now could I?' she says paying no attention to Butterbur, surveying the room she finds....

(edited to change characters name, someone I know on entmoot has this s/n and it might become rather confusing for the both of us)

I sat in the corner. No one seemed to notice me, even though I was clad in all white, and stuck out like a sore thumb.

"If you do not know who I am, then why would you address me?" she spoke stiffly.

She again surveyed the room, looking for a familiar face.

*You look the elf over, noticing his brown hair, dark apparel, and his sword, hanging at his side. He also wears a stange neaklace.*

Amarië's eyes close, as if trying to remember something important her mentor had told her before she left him, but nothing presented itself. She decided, even if Resta seemed rather odd, that he was an elf, and you can always trust elves...

She put forth her hand, and shook Resta's hand, "A pleasure I am sure. What brings you to bree? Are you of Mirkwood?"

Butterbur came to them both, looking slightly abhoard, what did he know that I didn't, Amarië thought. He pointed them to a table in the dark corner of the room as requested, something caught Amarië's eye, an elven maiden (can be changed), clad all in white, sitting alone, and apparently unnoticed.

IC: Yes, in a sence, I suppose you could say I am from Mirkwood. But you could say many things about where i am from that would still be correct.

Amarië noticed how Resta skirted the question. She said in amore Assertive tone, "Well, if many things of what I say are correct, then tell me, what lands are your parents from? So that I may be certain of you, or at least as certain as I will be"
