Artists help!

Is it possible that anyone could tweak or re-create this picture:

so it looks like it is the Emperor pointing at you? Borrow from another site if you have too, just don't plagerize (sp?).

I would like to add that I just want the hood and face...Try to keep the rest if possible. In fact, if you could just change the hair into a hood, and add a few wrinkles to his face, I'd be happy. I want the hat!
