[Never mind, I answered my own ques.]

Edit: I think the poll in the debate thread needs to be modified, because a couple of the candidates have dropped out and are supporting Hector.

I agree. Not only that, but Falagar and I are running on Hector's ticket.

Fair enough Lizra, abstention is a valid vote.

However, Hobbit himself supports us, so out of respect for him, wouldn't you want to support us as well?

Cheers, Nurv

Since you are the only admin with a stick, I'm not too worried. I've never seen you abuse this power, so for now I'm content to trust you. However, if we were to witness admin brutality here, harsh stick control measures should be introduced.

Ah Nurv, she practises admin brutality periodically. I've many a scar from those thwacks. *rubs head*

Nurv, if you were still running as an independent, I probably would have voted for you. But now, I'm not sure I have confidence in some members of your party, and so I'm facing a dilemma. I'd really need to see some more campaigning by Hector to assess him as a presidential candidate. Where is he, btw? I haven't seen him around, and you seem to be doing all the campaigning footwork...? And as for Twista - well, he'd better learn to type properly! *pointed look*

Thank you for your confidence BoP! *bows*

Hector is quite overwhelmed with RL at the moment, I hope he's okay.

Our party is actually the only one campaigning! SGH might have some kind of strategy going on, but I think she and Jonathan should both hop into the debates. It's a bit one-sided right now.

I have actually noticed recent improvements in Twista's typing, it seems he's taking your advice to heart and really working on it.

Falagar is also doing an excellent job campaigning; the three of us are "holding down the fort" until Hector's return. Though Artanis isn't campaigning directly, I think her thoughtful, intelligent posts and massive knowledge speak for themselves.

Cheers guys!
Nurv

Like who cares how long you have been a member? You haven't been on for almost a year except for the past month. Most of the newbies don't even know you.

I think that is the OTHER WAY around.

Yeah - that was when I think you were actually nice and had fun. Now you just throw your admin position around every chance you get along with your damn presidential title. How things change,

By the way - i like how you flame me by telling me to "shut up". So much for free speech - huh?

Before I disect that post with harsh judgmentality and potentially break off a friendship with you over such a simple matter, what is going on between you? If I may guess, does it involve your sudden title change?

There is no place among the gentle folk of Entmoot for the brutality of "the stick". I am in favor of keeping the beauty and civility of our lovely society, but like the Valar, I would refrain from brutality and force until all other measures have been exhausted. "The stick" should never have to be used. In the wrong hands, it can be abused, and used to abuse.

I am officially announcing that my fellow TLA member, Katt_knome_hobbit, will be running as my VP!

And in relation to admin sticks, I think Ben should be the only onewitha access to it, because we know he would use it only in the most dire and life/entmoot threatening of situations!

Falagar and I didn't want to "split the vote" between Council of Entmoot members (since the three of us formed an allinance).

So Fal and I withdrew, supporting Hector as president. However, we're also running on his ticket, Falagar as Internal Affairs Minister, and myself as Vice President. We also welcomed two new members to the party - Twista for Foreign Affairs Minister, and Artanis as Minister of Culture.

Vote Council of Entmoot! Hector for President!

But I thought that Fal and Nurv dropped out to help Hector... or am I imagining things again?!?

EDIT: Thanks Nurv... that sorta cleared things up.
