Shire Calendar/Modern Calendar

Has anyone here attempted date conversion from our calendar to the Shire Reckoning? I am trying to do this for my webpage and am making very slow progress. I'd love it if someone would be able to check the part done for mistakes.

I'm a lazy good for nothing.
