FarScape? and other shows on the Sci-fi channel . . .

Recently (well not really recently) I've become addicted to watching the sci-fi channel. I've always liked sci-fi, but started to watch it daily because FarScape was coming to a close and I didn't wnat to miss anything.

What are your opinions on FarScape or other sci-fi shows? I think FarScape is one of the best. It reaches a level that hasn't been reached for a long time with a sci-fi TV series.

I agree with you on your last point; it is a good show for the times. But I don't like it in general.

I only remember sat-anime on Channel11. Everyday they used to have DBZ followed by some other stuff.

I remember the anime they used to have on Scifi! Just barely, I dont remember any of the stuff they had but I remember watching it.

FarScape is great. I haven't really watched it much (I don't watch TV much), but what I've seen was really good.

I saw a movie on the scifi channel, called Riverworld. But it didn't seem to have a conclusion. Was it a miniseries?

I saw Riverworld. My brother was going to drive me home from working at my aunt's house, but instead he came two hours early and switched the TV to SciFi and we watched it twice in a row. It was alright.

Originally sci-fi did plan on making it a miniseries but for whatever reason they canned the idea and just decided to show us that one thing with now follow-ups scheduled as of yet. I am sure they will do something though, they can't just end it how they did.

Farscape was great!!! But now that it's off, I have no reason to watch TV. So, TV goes off and it's been off since the last episode of Farscape.

Farscape is pretty good. I like to watch it with my family. My dad doesn't get to watch it though because he works late.

Does anybody know if all the "save Farscape" stuff is still up? The series isn't exactly ended . . . I sure hope not.

Personally, I think they're trying to see how many people actually like this show by saying that, hoping for a reaction. I just don't think they're going to cancel it.

They already know that people like the show. It's getting annoying that sci-fi for whatever reason doesn't want to air it anymore. The "To be continued . . ." sign at the end of every "series finale" is the writer's way of saying that they know this show can go at least another season and there is no reason to cancel. Maybe if sci-fi realized that we'd get more than 11 episodes per season now.
