Strider Worse ways it could of happened...

Most of us agree that the LOTR movies aren't as good as the books but it could have been worse, for example it could have gone this way:

"The lord of the sticks" (All the people are stick figures)
Exerpt: (Moria)

Aragorn:Why didn't frodo split in half?
Gandalf:He got stuck with a spear, why would he split in half?
Aragorn:We're sticks, a swiss army knife could split us in half!

Post your own ideas for real pityful LOTR movies

Another example of a strange (pretend) LOTR movie:

Lord of the Cats (LOTR with cats)
Aragorn:Meow?
Gandalf:Meow.
Frodo:...zzz...
Gandalf:Meow? Meow!
Frodo:...zzz-Meow?
Gandalf:MEOW!!!
Frodo:EEE!!!

They could have given a ton of money and resources to a director. Then have him . . . (nevermind, I just reread the topic. )

The entire LOTR done in color overed live animation. (as in Bakshi's version of LOTR)

Claymation could be either bad or good depending how the project was handled.

Because MAYbe they aren't able to get studio backing for their ideas on how a movie should be made. Just a guess. Artists and visionaries are always battling money and commerce.

Don't look at me, it was made up by LCOU and perfected by Nurv, TD, myself, and a few others.

The musical, or the movie, "What About Bob?" ?
The baby steps was about that evil 90 second rule.
