I need help BAD! I am so confused! So many questions! Can someone help me? Please post reply on this subject.

1. how do I get higher in rank
2. how can I add a buddy
3. how can I get an avatar
4. how can I 'shrink' an avatar
5. how do I subscibe to a thread or post
6. how can I make friends here
7. what is a 'spoiler
8. is this website as safe as it sounds (AKA will anyone be
sending me sick porn adds?)
9. what is a 'vb code'
10. how do I get the board to STOP e-mailing me?
11. how do I get the freaks who 'diss' me and my
Lord, to stop PMing me
12. How can I change my info thing
13. how can I get the baord to stop e-mailing me

Please POST with answers (when I get too many PM's my PC freaks out)

One other thing you need to note, Silme. This forum is for RPG material, so if you have questions about RPGs, you can ask them here. But for broad questions unrelated with this forum topic, you should post in General Messages.

Hi Silme, I'll repeat some of the good advice:
You should read the FAQ, you'll find answers to most of your questions there. If you've tried that but are still confused, try to PM a mod or an admin. They won't bite you.

I can answer one of your questions: How to make the board stop sending you e-mails. Go to your User Control Panel (click the green button labelled 'user cp' near the top right of the page), then click the 'Edit Options' link. Then you can turn off the 'E-mail notification' option and disable PMs if you want.

I'm closing this, since like everyone said, if you have site-related questions, you should re-read the Frequently Asked Questions (click the FAQ button in the top righthand corner of your screen). If that doesn't answer all of your questions, PM a mod or admin. I am going to go ahead and PM you the answers to your questions myself. (No one else do it, so her computer won't freak out).
