Welcom to the Moot

It depends what you want to discuss. There are different forums for different things. Just check out the forums the want to discuss in and either post a new thread or reply to existing ones.

well, this is what i got out of the hobbit after my 9th time through the books, and what i said when asked to summarize for a friend,[tell me if i can't say this]

basically, there was a badass dwarf with a crew of badass dwarves, they brought a hobbit and a badass wizard with them to get some gold from a mountain and a badass dragon. the dragon is killed by a badass archer, and the good guys win while the bad guys lose, but the first badass dwarf dies, and with him goes his badass sword, the end!

i quote myself word for word, for i wrote it down afterwords, upon realization of its funnyness....

it is quite funny the way you put it but thats pretty much what the hobbit is about..i dont think that i could do any better but i would say that they are adventures because the hobbit isn't really a "badass" as you put it

no problem..yes its too bad that the sword is gone...it was awesome lol and yes it sucks when the "first badass dwarf" is killed but hey in the end everythings alright bilbo still gets some gold and silver and gets rich, which he spends most on getting his things back because they thought he was dead...
