Jim had lots of paper in his office. Newspapers, ads, files and files, paper in the desk drawer, on the desk, and in the trashcan. Letters from family, friends, and printed emails not adressed to him going through the paper shredder.

That was what the detectives found when they burst in Monday to arrest Jim for blackmail. Jim wasn't in. Had they lost him? A head poked through the door. Older man, spectacled, short. "Oh, you're looking for Jim." "Yes." "Not here. Ran out for lunch." "Thanks." Five minutes later they realized: "That WAS Jim!" They had lost him. Another day.

Next subject: romance in the Victorian era!
