A simple no would have been nice.

Grey ship, grey ship, do you hear them calling,
The voices of my people that have gone before me?
I will leave, I will leave the woods that bore me;
For our days are ending and our years failing.
I will pass the wide waters lonely sailing.
Long are the waves on the Last Shore falling,
Sweet are the voices in the lost Isle calling,
In Eresëa, in Elvenhome that no man can discover,
Where the leaves fall not: land of my people forever!”

The crown of Gondor appears to be crafted from metalwork embroidery. It is difficult to tell from the pictures, but could also possibly be embroidery over fabric applique. The crown, while not matching the descriptions of the physical crown, does correlate to Tolkien's description of the standard image. Depicted is a silvery band with intricate designs, and three "wings" of golden feathers, centered by the likeness of a jewel. "The crown was bright in the morning, for it was wrought of mithril and gold."

OK, thanks, I din't know if I had gotten that right or not. Spock if you want a good picture of the crown the ROTK calender has a REALLY good one for the month of February. thats all you see, the back of Viggo's head with the crown

next question:

In FOTR how many arrows does Orlando shoot? (cg or actual, doesn't matter. just how many you see.)

Don't you think these questions are just a tiny bit too difficult?
(How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?)

lol, well if no one can answer a question within two days of the post then I will post a new question. (So go sit down in front of the tv and start counting, and btw I am just crazy enough to know just how many lines and arrows from all five of the movies so far...but I'm NOT obsessed) so in my opinion no question is too hard, just challenging, that's the point of trivia isn't it?

Your asking us to sit and watch over 10 hrs of video to answer this is too much. Trivia is one thing, obsession is another. I'm sorry but IMO this isn't a fair question.

Well no, actually just FOTR, but just to please everyone I will change my question....

"What are Aragorn's first words at the Council of Elrond?"

Well actually it was, "you can not wield it, none of us can, the One Ring answers to Sauron alone, it has no other master."

But that's only to get technical, your go thranduil.

What did Legolas say just before he and Aragorn ran off leaving Gimli behind?
